This is my second time buying a vehicle from Joe Bullard. They go above and beyond to make everything super easy in purchasing your vehicle. My salesman Salomon was awesome, great sense of humor but even more importantly he made sure I got what I wanted in a vehicle. Thomas in financing was great as well. They don't rush you into buying but when you're ready they meet all your expectations.

My car was making noise, so I dropped it off at the dealership for a diagnostic. Called the manager after receiving a quote to replace the drive shaft, fuel tank with shield, and retainers for $3884.63 before tax. I was told by the manager"fuel tank and shield are bent, there are substantial damages on the drive shaft. They need to be replaced. I asked him to text/email me a pic of the damages, never got it. I had to stop the service to see it in person. Can anyone tell if any of the parts are needed to be replaced?
The experience was great from emails that I exchanged with the team to the appointment for test drive, then to the purchase. Cindy answered all my questions and walked me through the vehicle. Let me drive the vehicle as long as I wanted and never made me feel rushed. The entire team did as they said they would and then some. Joe Bullard is the reputable dealership that I thought they would be. Five stars recommend!
